Early arrivals and late departures:
- If your arrival is early in the day and you would like immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the hotel.

Guarantee Policy:
- A valid credit card will be required upon booking;
- For all credit card reservations, the same card(s) must be presented upon check-in at the reception;
- Please note that the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation in case guests do not show a photo identification (ID) and credit card upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy:
The specific policy will be highlighted on all rate offers that are returned when "Checking Availability". The policy will also be listed on the online confirmation page and the confirmation e-mail.
- If cancellation is made 24 hours (in Riga) prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged.
- If cancellation is made within 24 hours (in Riga), including reservations made within that time, 1st night’s room rate and tax will be charged.
- In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.
- Early Bird/Long Stay/Last Min/Package Rates are Non - changeable & Non - refundable
* The refund process will take approximately 7 to 20 working days depending on the intermediary bank. -
Credit Cards:
- AVALON HOTEL accept VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MasterCard. Credit card of non-refundable reservations will be charged at a time of booking immediately. If the credit card is not valid or does not have sufficient amount to guarantee the booking, customer will be notified to provide the hotel with another credit card within 24 hours (Riga time) otherwise the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Children Policy:
- Please note that only one child can be accommodated free of charge.
- No additional fee for infants below 2 years old and first child below 12 years old.
- Maximum of one extra bed and maximum of two children per room if sharing their parent’s room. -
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.
