AVALON HOTEL & CONFERENCES is a fully licensed hotel and all guests must be over 18 years of age or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to enter any part of the hotel including accommodation. Guests may be requested to provide Photo ID as proof of age and identity or may be refused accommodation with full cancellation terms applying.
Do you have smoking rooms?
Yes. Hotel offers 6 smoking rooms in total. Please request for your smoking room in your reservation questionnare.
Do I need my credit card to check in?
For all bookings at check-in, a credit card pre-authorization of 30.00 EUR is required to guarantee any incidentals. If a credit card is not available, a cash deposit is required of 40.00 EUR per room. This deposit will be refunded on departure.
How do I cancel or make changes to my booking?
If you wish to cancel or modify your hotel booking, please contact reservations on (+371) 67876524 working hours or (+371) 67169999 for 24 hours support; for any travel agent or third party booking please contact the agent or company on your confirmation paperwork.

Does the hotel have Internet access?
Yes, all rooms have Wi-Fi access (free of charge). We also offer free Wi-Fi in Lobby, Restaurant, Lobby Bar, Havana Club and Conference Rooms.
How much does parking at the hotel cost?
Parking lot is subject to availability. If spot is available, it costs EUR 20.00 per car and night. If spot is not available, guest will be advised of another possibility to park nearby.
Is there a laundry service in the hotel?
Yes, Hotel offers a laundry service. A dry cleaning service is also available.
What is the distance from the airport?
Riga International Airports are located 10 km from the hotel.
What time is check-in? Can I check in early?
Check-in time is 15:00, however, if you arrive earlier, luggage storage is available free of charge and you are welcome to utilize our hotel facilities. A request for early check-in can be made with Reservations but cannot be guaranteed and charges may apply.
What time is check-out? Is there a charge for late checkout?
Check out time is 12:00. Depending on availability, an extended checkout is available at a fee.
