How to get:
The Hotel is situated in the city's historical center, in the heart of the Old Town; vehicle access to the Hotel without the special permit. The hotel whereabouts, the wide range of services offered and the up-to-date interior makes it attractive both for tourists and tourist groups, and for the businessmen because, on one hand, there is a lot of sightseeing places and entertainment spots in the old town, still, on the other hand - it's the business center of Riga.

Riga International Airport - AVALON HOTEL & Conferences
Riga International Airport (RIX) is located in 10 km from our hotel. There are 3 ways how to get to AVALON HOTEL & Conferences:
1. An airport bus No.22 that starts at 5:30am and finishes at 10:30pm. The bus stop to get on this bus No.22 or minibus No 222 located on the opposite side of the Airport car park that you will see once you exit the airport. It departs around every 20 minutes and costs EUR 2.00 per one way and one person. Tickets should be purchased by driver. Step off at bus stop "Autoosta". Cross the road through tunnel direction To airport/13.janvara iela and by walk 3 minutes direction River Daugava.
2. We recommend you to take a taxi service directly to our hotel in advance. Booking through our hotel web site or by e-mail: reservations@hotelavalon.eu. It provides good service quality and price and costs from 50.00 EUR (AVALON Hotel & Conferences address is: 13.Janvara street 19).

The Central Bus station –AVALON HOTEL & Conferences
AVALON HOTEL & Conferences is located just opposite the central bus station, in 5 minutes walking distance. You leave the Bus Station and turn left towards Old Riga by walking under the railway line as the railway is on a bridge above you. Then walk down a few steps in to the underpass to get you to the other side of the road. Take the left side steps before the end of the tunnel back up to ground level, find direction To airport/13.janvara iela. Once you emerge you should be facing a small ticket shops. If you look to the left you will see quite high glass building – AVALON HOTEL & Conferences.

The Train Station – AVALON HOTEL & Conferences
The Train station is located in 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Walk to 13. Janvara street and a little to the left and you will find an underpass to get you to the other side of the road. Take the left stairs at the end of the underpass and then on this new side of the road walk along the footpath that takes you over some water. Keep walking along that path next to the road and after about 100 meters you will see the Metropole Hotel and shop Narvesen as a next on the right side. Then go straight direction Daugava river and you will see 8 storage glass building – AVALON HOTEL & Conferences.
